If you have the audio systems manual that came with your car, you will have a very easy time installing the new system. Remove whatever old stereo components you have and remove the cages by bending in the metal tabs which hold them into the dash. Behind you will find the Saab wiring harnass, which connects the back of the cage into the Saab wiring. Cut this off where it enters the old stereo cage and refer to the audio systems manual for what each wire does, you can then use the new harnass that comes with your new stereo to custom-splice a Pioneer-to-saab wiring harnass for your use. Everything you need should be in the old harnass, just a matter of connecting the right wires. Took me less than an hour to put in the new JVC MP3 stereo I got a couple months ago.
