If you're STILL having a problem, you can try buying a properly sized circuit breaker. THey retrofit well, though I'm not so sure that the little door will close right. (A circuit breaker is taller--much--than a fuse.) They come with REALLY long legs that look silly, until you realize that SAAB fuses have raised walls around them, so the long legs are the only way to reach the electrodes while sitting on that raised wall.
I replaced the fuse on my ABS with a circuit breaker (blowing fuses every 10 minutes or so after starting) and I have not had a problem yet: the compressor is NOT overheating or failing... My ABS is having other unexplained problems.
The circuit breaker will take a few moments to several seconds to cool and self-reset, so it automatically allows the offending circuit to cool as well.
Anyway, offered as a possibility, hope it helps.
