Faulty Theft Alarm May Get Me Evicted!!! (little long)

Happened to be out walking my girlfriend home last night at about 2 am and when I got back to my apartment complex my '92 9kT's anti-theft alarm was going off. Great, so I unlock it and look inside to see everything is there. Relock the car and go to my apartment. On the way, I hear it go off again so I run back, turn it off, and then relock the car. I stood there waiting for the jackass who was trying to boost my car (someone broke the complex's front gate) and the alarm goes off again! So I figure I bumped it and reset it so that the bump sensors are off and go to bed on the far side of the apartment complex where I can't hear my car.
9:00 am the Manager is at our front door bitching out my roommate that some damn Saab's alarm kept going off last night. I went down to talk to him and he pointed out the obvious fact that this cannot continue every night as it is disruptive, so I need to get it fixed. (He was also kind enough to remind me that I cannot work on it in the parking lot.) Anyway, my best guess is that there is probably a short somewhere in the system and was wondering if anyone had a guess as to the most likely place it would be. Might I have knocked something while replacing a headlight bulb? HELP!!!! I love my Saab but I don't want to live out of it! (The car is currently sitting in the parking lot with fuses 19 and 22 pulled to make the alarm and the manager both shut up.)
