Turbo v. N/A Contrast

I have a 91 cd Turbo and a 93 cs non-turbo. My wife usually drove the 93 non-turbo, and I have usually driven the 91 Turbo or another vehicle. This winter my wife got a minivan and my 91 turbo is in 400 pieces in the garage. So, I have been driving the 93 non-tubo quite a bit.
At first, I hated the non-turbo because it lacks so much power in the rpm range that I am accustomed to driving in (1800-2500rpm). I began to get frustrated and have been more free-reving with the car, crusing at 3k rpms and shifting at 4k. Since I started driving this way, I have come to like the non-turbo much more (not enough to stop thinking about selling it and buying another turbo).
Anyway, last night I was going through some old Saab literature and getting rid of stuff I no longer need. I came across the glossly sales brochure for the 93 and noticed that the turbo engine has peak torque at 1900 rpm and the non-turbo has peak torque at 3800. Which exactly confirms my experience with these two cars.
