H rated tires will be just fine. The turbo model specifies V rated because on a good day it can hit 140mph, well in excess of the rating on an H tire. Typically V rated tires are more performance orriented so you will give up some handling, most in terms of maximum grip. From your desciption I think you'll be happy with an H rated tire.

I would not recommend a 205/65 tire simple because it is taller than stock, which will make your speedometer and odometer inaccurate. You'll also loose some handling with a taller tire. I don't know if it would rub, but there aren't any benefits other than additional ground clearance. I would recommend a 195/60-15 tire as they are cheaper you will have many more options while retaining roughly the same diameter. When I got my '87 9kT it had Firestone Firehawk GTAs in that size. They handled adequatly and had good tread life. They are also pretty cheap. I would necissarily recommend them, but something in that category is probably what your going for.
