Battery or Alternator

I just had my battery replaced in December. And I accidentially left my light on over 2 days at the airport. Ever since then everymorning for 4 days I've I had to get it jumped. I have a warranty on the battery, and when I went to go check the battery they told me that it may be a dead cell inside the battery and then later told me that it might be the alternator bc it wasn't holding a charge. (It does hold a charge after being jumped. It's when it sits over night and it doesn't start in the morning, which I think the alarm system is taking all the juice away). Well when I spoke to the Saab specialist he told me that it wasn't the alternator bc if it was jumped the car wouldn't go but a few feet without the car dying again. He said it IS the battery and the reason they aren't replacing it is bc they don't want to grant the warranty on the battery. I need some advice before I go spend hundreds on labor when it's easy as changing the battery. Please help. Thanks!
