IIRC the basic procedure is:
Disconnect battery!
Remove cam cover.
Remove 1 of the bolts holding the cam sprocket to the cam, and use it to hold the centre of the sprocket to the bracket protuding through the head.
Remove the other 2 bolts holding the cam sprocket on.
Remove the pairs of bolts holding the bearing caps on, undoing them a bit at a time to relieve strain.
Lift the caps off, and pop the cam out.
