I e-mailed the vendor of the panel and have not got a response. I studied their pictures and looked at the underside of my 99. I came to the conclusion that the panel would not work. On the other hand I could use the same idea and fab one up for the 99. I am counting on the fact that the rear mounts are still in tact. My thought is to remove the a-arm and use it as a template to creat hole location on a piece of sheet metal. Then take that panel to the car and trim to fit. I believe the structural angle should be removed in order to make a cleaner repair. In all portions of the lower wheel well, exhaust channel and a-arm mount area have to be reconstructed. In addition the front passenger side floor has to be patched where the angle meets the floor pan. I plan to keep a photo album of the progress.
