The Inca wheels are 15x5-1/2. I have used 195-60/15 with great success - they are almost exactly the same rolling radius (so your speed reads correctly) as the original 175-70/15. I would hesitate to use a lower profile tire only because the engine revs are already high enough (unless you've installed a 5-speed) - a lower tire will cause more engine revolutions per mile.
