I think that your best be is going to be to get all of the calipers and adapter pipes that you plan to use set up, and then have a set of flex hoses made which have the specific fittings you need on each end to adapt from the english hard lines in the chassis directly to the metric fittings/pipes at the calipers. I believe that there are a number of places that make hose assemblies (check in Hemmings) that could do this for you. That way you would have the correct length and the exact fittings on each end and everything would just bolt together. I seem to recall that I had a set of hoses made by Paragon Performance for my Saab 96 12 or so years ago (not 100% sure it was Paragon, but something like that). They were not outrageously expensive (maybe $100-$120 for all 4).
