Help with rear brake hose

Any tips to getting the old rear brake hose loose? I am asking specifically about where the appear to enter the body of the car. I'm clearly still learning here but I can't seem to figure out how to get a wrench in that area and the shop manual doesn't cover r&r of the rubber hoses.
Looks like my hoses may be original to the car - yikes!
Thanks and hope everyone is having a good weekend.
