I don't have a 2 or 4 door car at this point, but looking at the parts diagram for 1975 it looks like there is a metal pipe, an "extension hose" (PN 83 23 081) with a clamp on either end, and the tank itself. So a 1975 donor with the metal pipe might help. Interestingly, it appears that they went back to a metal pipe in 1979. It seems like that might be easier than trying to find the whole rubber hose in good condition. Try Roger Harris in MA (advertises in Vintage Views) or John Collins in OR (on FB) as they both have 99 parts.
