The issue of NINES where the picture of Tim Winker's car was taken had a small bit of info on the rear louver. The article stated the louver was made by Auto-Plas for SAAB. A quote from Tim "I had some problem getting the piece to fit the window properly and even trimmed both sides a bit, but still couldn't get it to lie flat. It makes opening the trunk difficult as it is necessary to push down on the center of the louver to keep it from snagging the trunk lid."

I looked through some old issues of NINES, and even looked through some old SAAB accessory catalogs, but none listed louvers for a 4dr 900. They listed them for the 9000's and 3dr 900's though. I would have to guess that SAAB never sold the Auto-Plas louver since it being plastic, was probably too inferior a product for SAAB.
