Maybe I'll get it right this time > first time it leaked oil out the weep hole, second time it dribbled coolant(for over two years now)....I think the bottom of the impeller was too pitted to seal the coolant, hence the dribble. Flex-honing the hole in the block came to mind also. I have one of those 12 cog shafts and impellers from ebay I'm going to try out. I'll let everyone know whether it strips my idler shaft or not. I also have new "vacation" hoses for it, so coolant issues may be non-existent for a few more years.
Anaerobic gasket maker to seal the intake without an intake gasket is recommended by me. It took many whacks with a 3 lb dead blow hammer to bust it loose....the stuff bonds like glue.
