and they work pretty well. They lowered the thing a little over an inch and a quarter. I love how they ride. Not too harsh, but they greatly decreased the body roll. They'll be even more nice when I put on the Bilstiens I have for the car.
It probably sits a little lower than it normally would because I had those springs on my 900 convetible for over a year, so they had a good amount of time to sag a little. I'm not sure what spring rate they are though.
