POR-15 is easy to use and it seems to work pretty well, but you MUST topcoat it with something unless it will remain in the dark permanently. It breaks down in UV light (even on an underbody). It is quite chip resistant and in my use over the last three years, it has completely stopped rust. However, you have to buy their topcoat or Tie-Coat primer to cover it with other paint. It is also absurdly expensive and you ruin the brush you use to apply it every time. If you are not applying it all in one big paint session, you need to get the small cans, because otherwise it will get ruined just sitting the can with half a can of air. It dries in very cold temperatures, which is nice, and it can be moist and that doesn't matter either. There are pros and cons. Though I have used it successfully, I think I will try Eastwoods' products instead since they don't breakdown in UV light. That's a real pain.
