You have a source for wheels in 4x108? I heard a rumor ford foci came with 4x108, and if that is the case, then rims should become plentiful... If not, then Saab and the audi 4000 were the only car to run that size.
As to my 16x7 rims, no I don't rub much. I have the factory axle on there, and the wheel rubs the slightest bit on the drivers side arch, but only when cornering REALLY hard, or over bumps. When I jack the front of the car up, they hang up on the springs, but only on the tire; again, not much. I believe they are 32 offset.
I had thought the super aeros were different from aeros as people were always worried about making them fit on their 900s. Heresay?
As cutic said about the handbrake- not a big deal. A few holes, some welding. Easy. I have a 900 i/c on my 99, with mixed feelings. It makes freeway WOT runs last longer before I get into pre-det, but once it is heat soaked, it takes a bit to cool off. Also, it added some bit of lag in the boost, as well as seeming to drop max psi a pinch.
