Sure, it a possibility, but I've never done it, and beleive me that 86-87 venteds are more than enough for anything he may run this 99 up against. I'm also sure that the axles are too long, and unless you swap in the inner drivers from a 16V tranny, the tripod bearings won't fit. There is just too many generations of jump involved. Of course, if anyone has made it work flawlessly and can tell me exactly what parts to use, I would be forever grateful...
