Nice Find.
Assume the brakes are seized. Maybe not.
Assume that if its made of rubber it needs replacing. Maybe not some items.
Who Knows what shape the engine is in.
I bet the interior is amazing.
the body makes it worth whatever you are willign to pay, but it means hours and hours or hundreds of dollars is restoration stuff.
I am paying in the 3k range for a daily driven 74 99 that has had most everything addressed wihtin the last 10 years and a smoking repaint of the original color. Mechanically yours is likely to be a crap shoot, having sat forfrickinever, and will likely require extensive mechanical work to establish it as a dialy driver. $500? Maybe less.. fuel pump? what about a redo of all fluids too... but that body is worth doidng whatever else to the car.. is it an EMS?
If you buy it and bring it back to showroom, you could easily ask $5k. but thats with a motor redo etc..
I'm no Saab or 99 expert.. I'm just spouting from what I've read etc..
DougM will likely chime in here and amy have a different tale.. certainly he has waaaay more qualification than I to speak about 99's
