Bman, confirm your parking brake handle warning switch isn't loose or binding. It is easily found at the base of the parking brake lever. You may actually have two causes for the light and starting there will stop confusion. Besides, that issue tends to come up on this year. The rest is universal brake service and diagnosis. Not easy to help with message boards because it is hands on.I could suggest your Master cylinder is tired or your power brake booster is going but not being there, it would be bad advise. Start by looking for any fluid leaks. Then try bleeding the system. It probably is a Master cylinder, but you need to always start with basics on brakes first. You may get lucky and it could just be air in the system. If you have a Non-Saab'er friend who works on cars, he could help and handle it. The only minor quirk to that system is the diagnal brake system, for bleeding sequences . Best of luck.
