I think the fuel cutoff solenoid was an add-on at the factory and the carb top was cast with three different options for fuel inlet location -- any of these three locations could be drilled out and the pipe pressed into it. So, you could still have a 34ICH, just with different 'factory options' -- odd that the air hole on top would be a different size, though...
(PS -- these pressed-in fuel inlet pipes CAN pull out, which is not fun while driving unless you enjoy putting out engine fires! I've read where the Brit Saab boffins recommend epoxying the tube into position, and a buddy of mine was going to drill and tap a hole in the fuel-inlet casting so he could run in a setscrew to hold it in place...)
