No, it is not blowing smoke, and boosting fine. After much research, I have found it does appear to be normal for the intake side to be oily, thus it is probably ok. As you can tell, this is my first turbo, and I was concerned that my car was turning into a Saab 2-stroke, probably requiring me to add a freewheel...
