My 75 EMS has an MSS header and I'm not impressed with what it can do just yet. It's in the garage for major body repair, so further testing will have to wait. I had a header on my 74 EMS, and I can tell you that the SOB made a huge difference in acceleration over the stock manifold. Back in the days when parts were readily available, the 74 was abused constantly. I once left a 50' line of scratch with it from the front tires. The stock manifold barely got a screech.
My 73 is a different story. Plenty of pep off the line and through the gears with a stock manifold Cermachrome coated inside and out. Top end from the 73 gearing is a disappointment, but I need to make this car last a long time, so I'm not as hard on it as I did the 74 in the old days.
Kevin, you gonna be in Hershey?....the 73 will definately be there....and possibly the 75 if it gets painted in time. Maybe we can do a comparision test..:)
