I tried playing around with the front hub bolt circle in AutoCAD to see if it would work to just drill new holes in the five lug hubs, but a four lug 4-1/2" bolt circle doesn't work because one lug will run into the mounting bolts for the brake rotor. The weight of lug bolts/rotor bolts and whatever holes are drilled in the hub has to be evenly spaced on the hub to keep it balanced.
Of course a solution is to manufacture a blank replacement hub that could then be drilled for whatever bolt circle you want, and obtain blank rotors (before the five lug and mounting holes are drilled) from whoever makes new 95/96/Sonett rotors that can then be drilled for whatever pattern you desire.
