...I'd think about replacing the A-arm bushings while you've got the engine out. I can't see enough to be sure, but the ones in the pictures look kinda cracked. The parts aren't expensive, and it's a pretty easy job with the engine out of the car (although you need a coil spring compressor to do the uppers.) Once the engine is back in, it'll be a big nuisance if you decide you need to do these.
Along the same lines, you might want to replace the transaxle input-shaft seal while it's right out there in plain sight. All it takes is the new seal and one of those T-shaped seal pullers. It's not that the seal fails all THAT often... just that if it does fail, the transaxle oil will get out and ruin your clutch disc PLUS making you pull the @#$% engine again to fix it. So if you don't know how old the seal is, it's worth considering doing it just as a precaution.
You can tell I just HATE pulling engines, right? ...but if you find it a relaxing pastime, then it's not worth worrying about this stuff -- just wait until it needs doing and then whip that critter out and have at it. But if you also hate pulling engines, it makes sense to do as much engine-out preventive maintenance as you can while the thing is outta there...
Great lookin' car! I'll look forward to seeing more pix. I'd love to have a 95, but no place to keep one... so I have to enjoy other people's vicariously!
