1970 95 gas tank

Hi --- I picked up a really rusty 95 (yes, the wagon) parts car as part of a package deal. I'm trying to get the gas tank out of it so I can do what they did with the Baja cars and mount one tank over another in my 96.
I've disconnected everything I can find and the tank refuses to budge. I have no idea what's holding it down. I took off both straps and disconnected all of the lines in and out of the tank, but it still feels like it's bolted to the car.
Anybody ever pull one of these out? Any guidance?
Thanks,
Mark
