Ron,
Both of these look like elegant solutions. My question would be is the cost worth it? Neither of these are cheep, and how many times will they be used? I've rolled a couple old Saabs (both a 96 and a 95) on their side to do underbody work with little more than a couple jacks, a couple friends and a couple old matresses.
Once the engine and gearbox are out, and any extra parts that can be easily removed dissected from the car (seats, etc...), it's really quite light. If your careful not to drop it on it's side during the roll over, but let if lay carefully on some padding (old mattresses) it should be safe from any serious denting. If you want to be extra careful, remove the door and fenders from the side your going to roll it over onto to save any denting to the skin.
Make sure you take pics to impress your fellow Saabers.
