If your Lockheed 103 is a 40-year-old designation from a repair manual contemporary to the car, it probably no longer exists by that name. Any DOT 3 or 4 brake fluid should be fine, the two are very similar. I'm partial to Castrol LMA which is labelled as meeting either specification. Stay away from DOT 5 which is a silicone fluid and quite different.
