Hi Mark,
I did it to my 1960 93F some years ago. You need to find the parts from a V4 as the post from Bengt advises. This involves changing over the front drive shafts with hub assembly, along with calipers and and rotors. Then you need to decide what to do about the brake master, as the old 93F master is not really up to the task. A later master is the way to go. The president of the Vintage Saab Club of North America, Bruce Turk, is just finishing up such a swap. You can email him at sonett1 "at" frontiernet "dot" net and talk to him directly. It's not a very difficult changeover and will provide much better brake performance than the old drums. That's why I did it.
Maybe someone in your neck of the woods can source you some old V-4 parts to get you going on the swap.
On the other hand, Bruce may know of wheel cylinder sources. Or try Chip at West of Sweden.
Happy New Year!

(who disassembled 7 V-4 gearboxes over the last few days, trying to find one decent one!)
