There are many individual 28/36 variations in addition to the DCD and DHSA that you mention. The letters indicate such things as linkage type between bores, choke type, left- or right-handed, & much more. Without looking it up I don't even know what your letters mean. I think mine is a 28/36 DGAV. Your best choice will depend on how you want to set up and operate your engine. Jack, Jack and Bud as mentioned above are well qualified to advise you. There are a couple of good books on Webers that a performance specialty shop can find you, if you want to educate yourself.
Literature that I have suggests a 28/32 DCD for Stage I tuning. In any case, ideally any Weber after installation should have its jetting fiddled to suit your engine setup and driving needs.
