Bosch part number for the warm up regulator in a '78 99 Turbo is 0 438 140 051. (We only got the 99 Turbo in the USA in '78.) All '76 and '77-'78 Federal spec (no catalytic converter or lambda) 0 438 140 020. '77-'78 California (w/ cat and lambda) 0 438 140 032. All 1975 use 0 438 140 013.
