I looked at the Tach and could see there is a speed adjuster just like old pocket watches. You would have to remove the back, settup a temporary speedomotor cable, and a work area next to the car. By using a confirmed accurate tach meter, you could adjust it. You would have to remove the pointer to get the tach out of the housing. There's quite a bit to this..I wouldn't recommend doing it unless you had a working spair. Another way would be to remove the pointer, and replace it slightly counterclockwise, then check. You could practice on your broken one. You may be better off sending the broken one out for repair. It will cost about the same as having it having it calibrated.
