"the price 'should' be ± $4,- per bolt" and your boss thinks your salary "should" be about $50 a month. Who gets to decide how much things 'should' cost? The Commissar of Lug Bolt Pricing? And are those Ronal bolts stainless, like WOS's...?
I've bought several things from Rolf Jensen at Saab Club Sweden, and while the exchange rate isn't normally a problem (it usually hangs right around 10 SEK/$1, so something priced at 500 SEK is going to be about fifty bucks, and it's easy to find out what the current rate is) you also have to figure the cost of sending the money (depends on how you send it; my bank charges a $25 service fee to do an International Wire Transfer regardless of the amount) and shipping, which varies a lot depending on the weight of the item. I'm not saying it's not "worth" paying this stuff if that's the best way to get the part you need, only that you have to consider ALL the costs when comparing prices.
