I'm presently afoot, and since I have the engine running on my 96, I
thought now would be a good time to get it liscensed to drivee.
All I need to make it legal here is the turn signal on the right side.
Just to get it operational temporarily, I bought two cheap stop/brake/
turn signal lights for the front and rear. I have current on all the
points on the turn signal switch, current at the fuse (4th from the
drivers side) which is marked "turn signal" inside the fuse box cover.
a very dim current to the right front turn signal (wire 23b, white),
and none in any of the 3 wires at the right rear. Just to get current
to the front and back, can I run a new wire to them temporarily? If so
where would I run it from ? Looking at the schematic, I dont see how
any current goes from the flasher unit to the turn signal. The
schematic shows three wires from the flasher: 1 to the turn sig.
indicator lite, one to the hazard switch and one to the #4 fuse on
the bottom side. Is this the one that carries the current to the light?
Thanks in advance.
