the grounds in the fuse box. Make sure the fuel pump is reading at least 10.5 volts with the relay jumped. The 99 fuse box is prone to problems. I have ofter thought about changing to a 900 fuse box but the work involved would be intense. What I have done is to clean All the connections on the panel and replace the wire connectors. Clean the grounds at the fuse box and coat all of the connections and relays with electrical conductivity solution. The other thing to do is to change all the fuses to the buse glass fuses. They don't corrode like the ceramic fuses. Lastly, take a small screw driver and push the relay connections tighter. The blades on the relays will then push on with more difficulty but you will eliminate a lot of the weird electrical problems. All of the above has reduced electrical problems to near nil.
