Stromberg carb issues

'74 99LE. A while back I figured my 175 Stromberg was leaking, so I rebuilt
it with new seals and such. There had been fuel dripping out of the
bottom, by the jet/lean/rich adjustment thing.
But after the rebuild, still dripping. By this time, I had also purchased
an NOS Stromberg off eBay. Got that on the car on Friday, but STILL
dripping. SOooo...it must be something other than the carb.
When I got the car, the previous owner had retrofitted a Facet electric fuel pump in place of the original D-Jet. It also had a twin carb setup. I've since put on the single carb setup because of clearance issues with the twin carb setup. So, perhaps the Facet is pumping too much fuel, flooding the carb?
So now I'm thinking fuel pressure regulator will help. I see Summit and
Holley and lots of other manufacturers offer them. Any recommendations?
Obviously carb fuel psi requirements are much less than EFI, I understand
them to be in single digits? I see that lots of them also just have two
ports - in and out. So, this means I can just run it in-line with the fuel
line, and not have to run a return to the tank?
