Thanks guys, I found that pick up duct on ebay. I think that's part of what I need.
I believe the parts I describe are what came on my car originally. I had some knowlegable people tell me this at the Swedish Car Day in Brookline, MA this past October. There were some signs that this thing used to be in place on the car. There are scratches on the air cleaner inlet where this thing would have been originally clamped on. Well that's about all I know about it. I certainly welcome any other thoughts or info you might have.
Don't know the VIN off hand but it's a '67, green engine block, triple carbs and oil injected. I checked the block, head, and transmission #s on the VSAAB site and all the numbers agree with a model year 1967, so I'm guessing it's all original.
OK, got go put my bid in.
Tim
