I can only compare B&B to my old Ford dealer, which they beat hands down (as well they should).
For warranty service they've been OK, just not the best listeners when it comes to complaints:
-they re-sealed my windshield when I complained about a whistle from the B-pillar...it obviously didn't fix the problem).
-they refuse to do anything about my squeaky cabin blower, because it only squeaks when I drive up to Tahoe and the outside temp is below freezing. They can't "replicate the problem" in Santa Clara. Duh.
But when they do look at something they will give a pretty good effort to get things right. They've also done a lot of stuff for free that they could have technically charged me for: Tech II modifications, etc.
I wouldn't use their body shop again. The paint work (after they fixed some overspray) was excellent, but overall they were sloppy: misaligned panels, interior trim parts not replaced correctly, etc. I'm sure they'd fix these things, but it gets to the point where it's easier for me to do them myself.
