Patient is a 2011 95-Aero with 109,000k mi.

Replaced the seat heater pad today. I was dreading this but it was not too bad. It took all of 20 mins to get the seat out of the car. The bulk of the job was done in the warmth and comfort of my living room. This video is great:

best tip was to use zip ties instead of hog rings during reassembly. This was a huge time and sanity saver (one of which is in very short supply!)
