I bought a new WIS when I got my '08 9-5 earlier this year and was surprised to find it includes both the 9600 (1998-2009) and the 9650 body style of the 9-5, which is the 2010-2011.

I bought mine from Schiff European Automotive Literature, you can order from their web site.

You may find some on the big auction site too.
