As no name poster says, this condition is caused by installing a non HUD in a HUD equipped vehicle. I have a customer with USAA who owns a 2010 9-5 Aero that broke the original HUD windscreen. Still cannot get HUD glass from Saab so USAA installed a non HUD windscreen for the time being and said they would pay for the correct glass when it became available. Id say IF it becomes available at this point since its been backordered for 2+ years.
