Good evening!

I have a trivial question that nevertheless bugs me a lot!
Recently, when the weather get really cold, my Clarion CD Changer stopped working. At least, that what my head unit thinks. I read many post on this subject and it seems to be a pretty common problem. All the solution tell me to remove fuses 9 and 13 and that's where my problems start: I cannot find them. :-(

I found two places under the hood of my 1996 900S where the fuses can be. One is near the washer fluid tank and has few (4 or 5) big fuses that are probably for the engine. Another place is right next to a coolant tank (driver's side of a car) and has a removable cover with the diagram. So, on the diagram the slot #13 has no writing on it and, correspondingly, there is no fuse in the slot. Nothing on the diagram has anything to do with the radio. So, I am wondering if I am looking in the right place. Is there another set of fuses located somewhere else (trunk, under the dashboard, etc...) where the fuse #13 is?!
