unbeleivable gas mileage!

The last few times I had my indy change the oil on the Talladega, and despite my reminders to use synthetic, he continued to use dyno oil. Previous to that, I've only been using Mobil 1 10W30. I had the oil changed last week and used Mobil 1 5W30, and I guess with my recently replaced O2 sensor, must have contributed to some great numbers...
801 KM on full tank of regular unleaded.
SID calculated consumption at: 35.9MPG
Ofcourse, this is mosly all stable highway driving at 100km/hr, so I would certainly expect to get good gas mileage but these are the best numbers the car has put out to date.
Just wondering how far others have gone on a full tank? Pls share!
Quattro
97 Taladega
195K km.
