On a highway run, what is your mpgs when you clear the sid after the engine is fully warmed up?
Have you pulled and read the plugs and checked the gaps. Any cylinder to cylinder differences in the plugs.
Does it start properly, idle properly, boost properly?
Cleaned the injectors?
Do you get into 5th gear? (some folks do not)
Things that hurt MPGs:
soft tires
dragging brakes, calipers or parking brake
dirty injectors and fouled plugs
roof racks
bad cat (should cel)
restrictive exhaust (baffle moved)
cold engine (t-stat bad, does not close, temps droop on highway)
