I enjoy my Saab for what it provides. Good looks, exhillerating ride and power, and individuality. I may not live in the largest city (500k), but I do not see many Saabs. One part of the appeal of Saabs is that they are unique. People who purchase 'ricers' to modify do so because those cars are inexpensive, after market parts are plentiful, and they are easy to modify. After market parts are not as plentiful for Saabs because there is no demand. I would suggest that if you wanted to build a tricked out race car that you stick to another make. Mitsu, Honda, and the others are all prime candidates.
