Thanks for the pics, Mattias.se!!!! It seems that I'm missing the drain hose!!!!!
Years ago someone rear-ended my car. Repaired via insurance. However, my car was always garaged at home, or at work, so it really never was in the rain.
Moved to California, and car is parked outside while I search for a house. Several heavy rainstorms resulted in water in trunk. After the last episode, I noticed that the trunk seemed to be getting wet from the right side (passenger side), so I removed the trim and noticed that the black plastic rectangular item near where the hose should be was broken. Ordered that part, but now it looks like I also need the hose.
Anyone, how long is the hose, inside diameter/etc, and where is the initial connection point? Mattias' picture shows the exit!
Thanks for your pictures, they made everything so crystal clear. Of course, I'll have to replace the hose and the black rectangle first to see if those are the only leak points!! Could also be the passenger side tail-light, since that's where I was rear-ended!
