Sensonic Actuator availability

I was speaking to the service manager at my local dealer yesterday having just had some TLC given to my Sensonic turbo. One interesting thing that he said was that SAAB only have one Sensonic Actuator left in stock - even worse they are only willing to sell it to a customer who is disabled (apparently they sold the car partly on the basis it was for people who could not operate a clutch with their left leg). If your actuator fails you will have to have a manual clutch fitted. Apparently SAAB will make some contribution towards the cost.
Apparently it is cheaper to use a SAAB 9-3 pedal box and bits rather than buy the Kit from SAAB - if anyone has succeeded in this it would be useful if they would write up the instructions.
Does anyone know of a source of re-built actuators ?
