Taking off broken clamp is simple cut with the right plier. (Hose may need to be replaced). Clamps cost max $2 per piece. If you want to replace the hoses yourself (I recommend, and welcome to Do It Yourself), I recommend Eeuroparts.com. Order set of hoses, repair manual, clamps (autozone has them for about $1 a piece). Repair manual will tell you step by step on removing stuff from around the engine block, so you can get at the hoses. I would estimate that you will be able to replace most hoses for about $150 - $200 by yourself. Dealer will charge about this much for 2 hoses. Good luck (And BTW, invest in a nice multi-tool set and keep it in your car. I carry FULL set of tools in my trunk. I had my hoses blown twice. Replace Idler pulley. Thank God for tools in the car, otherwise, I would have been stranded.
