Worst case scenario is that the balance chain sprockets are worn out and that the oil pump and maybe front engine cover is worn out too resulting in a low oil pressure.
No cheap and easy solutions for that problem.
Have a good independant Saab shop look at it and maybe cut open the oil filter to look for worn balance pieces. Also have them remove the oil pressure reducer valve to look for scratches/scrapes (sure sign of balance shaft issues).
