Do a search under drs<underscore>install on this site. There is a post for front strut replacement. The whole wheel bearing / strut assembly needs to come off of the car. The tricky bit is prying the control arms off the bottom of the strut assembly without damaging the ball joint boots. You should look at replacing strut mounts and thrust bearings as well depending on the mileage - these usually start to go around the same mileage as original equipment Boge / Sachs struts. Replacing the struts on the NG900 is the most time consuming of any car I have worked on (although replacing the rear shocks is about the easiest).
